What Is the TDS
The Real Estate Transfer Disclosure Statement (TDS) is a mandatory form in which the seller of residential real estate discloses known material facts and defects to the buyer. It is one of the most important disclosures in a California transaction. Both the seller AND the agents must complete portions of the form.
