Broker Responsibility
The broker is responsible for supervising all real estate activities of their salespersons and employees. This includes reviewing contracts, monitoring compliance with Real Estate Law, ensuring proper trust fund handling, and being ultimately responsible for the conduct of the licensed team. A broker who fails to supervise is subject to discipline even if they did not personally commit the violation.
