The Agency Disclosure Statement (AD Form)

California law requires a specific Agency Disclosure (AD) form for all sales of 1-4 residential units and mobile home sales. The form explains the three possible agency relationships (seller's agent, buyer's agent, dual agent) and the duties of each. The form is mandatory; a listing or offer cannot be accepted without it.
