The Blind Ad Prohibition
A 'blind ad' is an advertisement that does not disclose that the advertiser is a real estate licensee or does not include the broker's name. All advertising by a real estate licensee must identify the licensee as a real estate licensee. For salespersons, ads must also include the responsible broker's identity.
