Texas Seller's Disclosure Notice
Texas Property Code §5.008 requires sellers of single-family residential property to provide a written Seller's Disclosure Notice. The form discloses known material defects, mechanical/electrical/structural problems, environmental conditions, etc. The seller (not the broker) prepares this form based on their personal knowledge.
